> Klagenfurt Days of Protected Areas

The "Klagenfurt Days of Protected Areas" are organised every two years at the end of the respective courses of the MPA Programme. The participant of the master programme are given the chance to present the results of their master theses in front of an international audience. Meanwhile, these “days” have become a much valued meeting point for managers, planners, consulters and researchers working in and with protected areas. A variety of meetings, conferences and events take place at the University of Klagenfurt or in other locations. The participation is free of charge.

The 6th "Klagenfurt Days of Protected Areas" will take place from 7 to 10 September 2017. The topics of the confernces are ranging from tourism in protected areas to ecological connectivity and butterfly conservation. In case you would like to participate, please contact Caroline Stuchetz.

Traditionally, the Alumni Club organises an international seminar during the Klagenfurt Days of Protected Areas.
