Pasture typology of Bregenzer Wald

The mountain pastures of Bregenzer Wald are specified according to type based on the statistical data available. The effort is part of an implementation-oriented project. The type specification is used to link landscape and regional-economic parameters. In a synoptic consolidation, future scenarios and options for action are worked out. The aim is to analyse “multi-functionality and conflicts of use of traditional, cultivated landscapes” by means of examples and to provide a guideline for action in the framework of the cultivated landscape research focus.
